Concerning the signs and miracles that would follow believers and their special abilities…some Christians insist that these things only happened in the 1st century and then stopped thereafter. Actually, here is a quotation from one:
"I do not know of a reference to anyone drinking poison and living in the NT, but that does not mean it did not occur. No time frame is attached to these signs and many scholars conclude that they ended once scripture itself was completed."
Well – why is it that first century Palestinians should have the extra benefit of having all of these signs and miracles to witness whereas twenty-first century people like ourselves are left simply scratching our heads at these claims?
You did not just do this. Dont u know that AMEN means I agree. ITS A WORD!!!! Egyptians probably took that word from the Aramaic,Arabic,etc words and made it a god out of disrespect for Christianity. Amon-Ra means the word son.
Like when pharoah in Egypt told Christians they can worship God, but leave the children there so they wont know the difference between fake godS and the REAL GOD.
PS. Jesus said also be careful with the word Amen and never take an oath.
But, for this one it says Greek MYTHOLOGY. That is how we know it does not exists. Greek stories are based off other things. Amen= I agree Jesus. Zeus= Most high God
God/Jesus/HolySpirit=Holy Trinity which is the real GOD. U seeing a pattern.
PS. Jesus teaches those on earth, while his father watches over heaven and the afterlife and the holy spirit saves those who want to got to heaven which prevents them from sinning.
Also, for Zeus They even spoke of fake gods having counterparts in different stories. So wat does that mean? They cancel each other out? The gods had no laws if any, no if any view of the underworld for wrongdoers, etc.

Acts 14:12-13 actually mention how gullible the people of the day were — they thought that Paul and Barnabas were Zeus and Hermes!
Acts 14:12-13 (NRSV) — "Barnabas they called Zeus, and Paul they called Hermes, because he was the chief speaker. The priest of Zeus, whose temple was just outside the city, brought oxen and garlands to the gates; he and the crowds wanted to offer sacrifice."
Did the priest of Zeus realize that Zeus wasn't real? Didn't he know that we call it Greek Mythology?
By the way, are you honestly arguing that the Ancient Greeks, who worshiped Zeus and built temples hundreds of years before Jesus walked around, were plagiarizing the New Testament? I just want to be clear on this point before I respond to it.
Judaism= Earliest RELIGION EVER before Norse, Roman, Greek, etc. Judaism had profits who told about Jesus before he came. So, other religions have the same story like Mithra. I know polytheistic know it is mythology because you can make up a god, but you cannot make up Jesus. People actually SAW JEsus and Jesus told everyone what was going to happen.
Greeks NEVER saw any of their gods, they said they made them up. Like the golden calf story in the bible when everyone made it a god because it was great food.
A greek man even said that HErcules was an actual person who died and they made a god story of them to honor him.
ITs just like minotaur's, pegasus,etc. No bones, no nothing. Architects say they may have even uncovered JEsus' manger.
I believe Christianity because it answers ALL doubters questions, is all just, and people actually saw JEsus works.
Have you ever read the Iliad? LOTS of people claimed to have seen the Greek gods. In fact, a lot more people have claimed to have seen Ares, the Greek war god, than Jesus. Now, according to YOUR argument, that means there is more evidence for the existence of Ares than for Jesus. See how it doesn't quite work that way?
Besides, it's quite possible that Jesus existed, but how does that in any way prove he was the son of god, and not just any random chap, who told people how to live good lives?
The part about Judaism being the earliest religion – I could call that a straight-out lie, which it is according to all evidence, but I realise you must honestly believe that to have whatever faith you have, so let's just agree to disagree there, since none of us can prove with absolute certainty what was first. The evidence points to you being wrong, but if your god existed, he could have forged the evidence. Nonetheless, you cannot use this as an argument, since arguments need always be made from common ground, and no atheist will agree with you on that.
So, everything fairly considered, none of your posted arguments are valid.

Coming from a Christian family, quoting Matthew 17:20-21 as proof of a "test" won't work.
“For truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”
See, they see the "mountain" as a unsurmontable obstacle. So if you have a little faith and face something big, your faith will allow you to move it out of the way, but it's not "literal", even for Christian who believe that the bible is literal.
