Actually, I'd guess that Jesus was talking about those who were actually in the process of crucifying him. Now, why do I think that Jesus thinks that hell exists and that He is planning on sending His enemies to hell forever? Take, for example, John 3:18 "Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son."
